FAQ

  • How fast do you ship items?
    We generally aim for shipping items within 7 business days of purchase. This can change around the holidays - our busiest time - and if we foresee any overages past that 7 day mark, we will email you to confirm!
  • Can you ship my package Priority instead of Ground Advantage?
    We sure can! Message us with your zip code - preferably before you purchase your lovely items - and we'll get it sorted!
  • How much does shipping cost?
    As a baseline, shipping is free! We use USPS' Ground Advantage option. For any other option, such as Priority or Expedited, there will be a fee.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    Take photos of the damaged or defective item - preferably in its original packaging - and contact us with them at: thepumpkinemporiumcontact@gmail.com. We do not accept returns, so you may do with the item what you will, and we'll be in touch within the day about next steps.
  • Will you ship internationally?
    Maybe in the future, but not right now! If you'd like to buy outside of the US, there are warehouses within the US that will receive your package and ship it to you worldwide. We can ship to those warehouses, but we cannot ship internationally directly, at the moment. We DO ship to US military bases in other countries or territories.
  • What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?
    First, check your email to see if we have messaged you to say your package is running late. If that's not the case, contact us through our Contact Form or at: thepumpkinemporiumcontact@gmail.com. You can also use your USPS tracking number to see the progress of your package on their site. Similarly, you can open a case with the USPS and get your package's exact GPS coordinates/date of arrival.
  • Can I ship you a fabric to make products out of?
    No, I'm sorry, we don't take fabrics from customers, due to the fact that the fabric might not be the right weight, size, or material to make ornaments/pillows out of. We're very meticulous about the fabrics we choose for our ornaments, for aesthetics as well as craftability. But, if there is a big enough draw for certain fabrics, patterns, or colors, we are completely open to adding it to our repertoire!
  • Can I ask for a different color on a listing that I like?
    Of course! This might be tricky with the fabrics we have, but message us with the listing you like and a color you'd prefer it in (for instance: black instead of red) and we'll see what we can do!
  • How long does it typically take to receive a response to my inquiry?
    We will typically get back to you within 24 hours, no matter the day.
  • Can I get a different amount of ornaments than what you have available?
    Absolutely! Message us with the listing and the amount of ornaments (or stocking ornaments) you'd like, and we'll price it out for you!
  • What is your contact information (phone number, email address, etc.)?
